10 Easy Steps Towards Your Dream Home
1. Get In Touch With Us
Help us get a clear idea of what you want in your home by filling out our form. Send us some pictures of your space and describe your vision as best as you can.
2. Phone Consultation
We'll get back to you for a phone consultation in no time. After we know more about your project and give you a ballpark price, we schedule an in-home consultation to get your project started.
3. In-Home Consultation
To ensure that the vision for your home becomes real, we come to your place to discuss your project in detail. The in-home consultation fee is $500 which will be considered as a deposit toward your final payment, should you choose to work with us.
4. Contract Signing
Together, we will review the scope of work, pricing, and contract. Once you are comfortable with all the details, we will sign the contract and arrange the schedule for your project.
5. The Design Phase
The design phase allows you to see what you are getting before committing to a big change. We’ll start with a detailed drawing of your space, or we can offer a 3D rendering for an additional fee. All design fees are credited to your project.
6. Pre-Job Walkthrough
We will conduct a walkthrough to brief you on the upcoming steps, ensuring you are well-informed about what to anticipate while we transform your home. During this walkthrough, you will meet your designated project foreman and crew.
7. We Protect Your Home
We will take steps to ensure the safety and integrity of your home's structure before starting any demolition, construction, or remodeling activities. Additionally, we will seal and protect areas of your home that are not within the scope of the project.
8. The Build Phase
This is when we bring your design to life. You are kept in the loop of everything that is happening and are welcome to watch us work and ask us any questions along the way. We offer full transparency, so feel free to speak your mind - you're in charge of everything!
9. Jobsite Clean-Up
Once our work is finished, our team will ensure that your home is clean, tidy, and ready for use. Upon completion, you’ll hardly even notice we were there.
10. Post-Job Walkthrough
Before we leave, we will conduct a final walkthrough together to ensure that everything appears precisely as you desire. We want to ensure that the final product aligns with your expectations.
Follow Up & Warranty
We aim to ensure your long-term satisfaction in your new place. We'll follow up with you at 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months to ensure everything meets your expectations.
Rest assured with our 5-year labor warranty, and remember that premium products come with their own manufacturer’s warranty. If any issues arise during this period, don't hesitate to contact us to fix them, free of charge.

Enjoy Working With A Crew That Prioritises You And Your Needs
I have used Enhanced Renovations on three projects for our Raleigh home.
The first was converting a screened porch to a sun room which we now thoroughly enjoy.
The second was interior work for the house - painting, removing wall paper and “pop-corn” ceilings, and replacing some lights and fans.
The third and most recently was replacing old siding with the new cement based product; removing old bath tile and replacing with new; and some other creative work in the bath. Richard has the technical knowledge and vision to correct original construction issues with enhanced and creative remedies.
